1. Acceptance & Authorised NHS Use\nThese Terms of Use govern access to and use of PowerThrough by Ragoo Consulting ("PowerThrough", "we", "us"). By accessing or subscribing to the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.\n\n- Authorised Users: Access to the prompt library is restricted exclusively to personnel affiliated with the UK National Health Service (NHS) and associated healthcare bodies with verified email domains (such as @nhs.net or @*.nhs.uk).\n- Organisational Authority: If you register on behalf of an NHS Trust, Integrated Care Board (ICB), or healthcare organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation.\n\n## 2. Nature of the Service & Epistemic Boundaries\nPowerThrough provides tested, engineered prompt instructions designed for execution inside your organisation's approved Microsoft Copilot environment.\n\n- Independent Review: PowerThrough instructions are professional productivity tools. They do not constitute formal clinical, legal, accounting, or operational advice.\n- Mandatory Verification: You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs, figures, and conclusions produced by Microsoft Copilot against your source documents before making clinical, executive, or governance decisions.\n- Zero Document Liability: Because all documents are evaluated exclusively inside your local Microsoft Copilot session and are never transmitted to PowerThrough, PowerThrough bears no liability for the confidentiality, handling, or retention of files inside your AI tenant.\n\n## 3. Intellectual Property & License\n- Prompt Library Ownership: Ragoo Consulting retains all copyright and intellectual property rights in the proprietary prompt templates, instruction architectures, dynamic input interfaces, and website presentation.\n- User License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license during your trial or paid subscription to copy and run prompt instructions for your professional workplace duties.\n- Your Work Product: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all documents you input and all resulting outputs generated by your AI tool.\n\n## 4. Subscriptions, Trials & Cancellation\n- 14-Day Free Trial: New NHS users are entitled to a 14-day cardless free trial. No credit card is required to initiate the trial.\n- Monthly Subscription: Continued access is available at £5.99 per month inclusive of updates and new tools.\n- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current monthly billing cycle with no cancellation fees.\n\n## 5. Governing Law\nThese Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
